  1. Website Migration

    • Challenge: Migrating the website to a new platform/server without causing downtime or data loss.
    • Solution: Successfully executed the migration process, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity.
  2. User Interface Improvements

    • Challenge: An intrusive pop-up was hindering user experience, and the mobile menu was not optimized for mobile devices.
    • Solution: Deactivated the pop-up and redesigned the mobile menu to improve navigation and responsiveness.
  3. Product Information Enhancements

    • Challenge: Product pages lacked information about the location of the product.
    • Solution: Added a location field to each product page to provide users with essential product details.
  4. Enhanced Search Functionality

    • Challenge: Users had limited options to filter products, making it difficult to find specific items.
    • Solution: Implemented a new filter system using “Daerah/Kota” taxonomy to enable location-based product searches.
  5. Improved Account Creation

    • Challenge: Users could not sign up using their Google accounts, limiting account creation options.
    • Solution: Integrated Google Sign-Up for faster and easier account creation, improving user convenience.
  6. Streamlined Checkout Experience

    • Challenge: The checkout process was cumbersome and needed improvement, potentially leading to abandoned carts.
    • Solution: Redesigned the checkout system to simplify steps and enhance the user experience, encouraging order completion.
  7. Multilingual Support

    • Challenge: The website only supported one language, limiting accessibility for some users.
    • Solution: Added a plugin to support both English and Indonesian, expanding the website’s reach to a wider audience.
  8. Enhanced Product Categorization

    • Challenge: The “Shop Category” section was poorly organized, making it difficult for users to find desired products.
    • Solution: Improved the organization and visual presentation of the “Shop Category” section, enhancing user experience and product discoverability.
